products.  We are based in South
East Asia, on the island of Sulawesi.
Sulawesi is one of many islands that
belong to Indonesia.  Much of the
worlds coconut palm plantations are
located here.  The palm tree stops
producing fruit when they are about
75 to 100 years of age.  
    The palm trees are cut down and replaced with new
seedlings that bare fruit in 15 years.  After the trees are harvested Frisch Coconut Palm hand selects all of the palm trees that are used in our flooring products.  Our palm is extremely hard and durable, with an exotic tropical look and feel like no other flooring products on
the market to date.  Coconut palm trees are extremely
abundant which makes it one of the most popular new
and sustainable resources in the world today.
     Indonesia is one of the most beautiful places on the
plant.  We love our beach's good surf & lush rainforests. Our company is dedicated in keeping it that way.  

                              The manufacturing process begins
                         at the sawmill where the coconut palm                          logs are processed.   Now begins one
                         of the most important processes, the                          palm planks are placed into our large                          kiln dry chambers.  Which are basically                          steam driven ovens that dry the palm
                         to our factory specifications.  The palm
                         is now stabilized with an 8% to10% MC
perfect for our flooring products.              
     We are now ready for the machining to begin.  Our
factory is equipped with all of the latest machinery to
insure that all finished flooring products are with in
our strict tolerances.  Gluing and laminating process
can begin now.  All of the chemicals used from start
to finish are formaldehyde free and meets all of the
OCC specifications.  After the gluing and lamination
are finished, its time to apply the UV coating.            
      All of our flooring and moldings are coated using
an ultra-violet lighting system.  We use Klumpp for all
of our coating applications.  The finish is baked on to
  the flooring creating a very durable and lasting finish.
